Health Sciences Librarian
Duties and responsibilities: Anywhere health and bio medical information is needed! This includes academic medical centers and medical schools; hospitals and clinics; colleges, universities, and professional schools; consumer health libraries; research centers and foundations; industry, including biotechnology, insurance, medical equipment, pharmaceutical, and publishing; and federal, state, and local government agencies.
Salary: $66,622
Education: To enter the profession, at least a master’s degree in library or information sciences is required. A background in sciences, health sciences, or allied health can be helpful, but is not necessary.
i would not want to become one because this is not for me i like helping people out with there health. I would never want to become this for me this job is very boring just siting down and getting information but yet i would because you have to get a master and that's what i want.
