LAUSD: Families 

School-Based Mental Health Services
Individual schools purchase Psychiatric Social Worker (PSW) time to provide a range of mental health supports on campuses.  School based PSW services include, but are not limited to, the following: direct mental health services, including short-term mental health assessment and treatment in group, individual or family modalities; referral and linkage to appropriate community agencies


Special Education Services
Psychiatric Social Workers provide mandated counseling services to students receiving Special Education services, including students identified as emotionally disturbed, learning disabled, deaf and hard of hearing, and visually impaired.

These two benefits me because it talks about the health services and that can really be important to me and all the people that wanna know about the lausd families.
the one that my family would use is the special education services because for me and my family they would agree with what i pick and going to say.
